Wow! Just as we were getting used to some new official colours for the Royal Enfield Himalayan, Watsonian up the game!
The Himalayas are famous for the colourful prayer flags so Watsonian have added a splash of colour to the Royal Enfield adventure bike, with three special edition colour options.
Best known as the UK’s leading and longest-established sidecar manufacturer, Cotswold-based firm are also a Royal Enfield main dealer. They decided to experiment with different colour schemes on the best selling machine during lockdown, painting the fuel tank, front and rear mudguard, and adding a headlight grille and handguards.
Customers can choose from postbox red, sky blue and mustard yellow; other colours may be offered in future.
“We imported Royal Enfield into the UK from 1999-2013, prior to becoming a franchised dealer, so we know the bikes inside out” explains Watsonian MD Ben Matthews. “Painting the mudguards, as well as the tank, really makes these specials stand out from the crowd.
