Oxford have released what they call the most affordable, yet protective, glove in their summer range; the Brisbane Air and it comes in a host of muted colours.
With a full leather palm with an Amara overlay they provide a huge amount of protection in a glove that also has a fully ventilated back. Amara, a wholly synthetic leather, made of 60% polyamide and 40% polyurethane, often rivals Kevlar in protective gloves because it’s soft, comfortable and provides much higher grip levels. That’s why Amara is often used in motocross gloves.
These Brisbane Air gloves also have what’s described as ‘floating knuckle construction’, so your hand can articulate freely when riding, and there’s a visor wipe on the left glove too.
