The National Motorcycle Museum has been closed since March 2020 due to Covid restrictions and has been surviving only on income generated by its raffles. It’s a shocking state of affairs and hopefully we can all help.
The summer raffle winners have just been announced, with a brand new 1977 750cc Triumph Bonneville T140J Silver Jubilee leaving the collection to go to its new owner, a lucky winner in Kent.
Following the summer raffle draw results, The National Motorcycle Museum has just announced the details of their winter raffle.
Museum Director James Hewing stated: “we have yet another amazing ‘new/old stock’ 1st prize for our winter raffle with a brand new/old stock 1979 Triumph T140D Bonneville Special motorcycle, which has never been run or registered, and is showing just 11 ’push’ miles only!”
You could win it, or one of the other prizes, but frankly it’s a great opportunity to just chuck a few quid at what is a truly remarkable institution which really needs our help at the moment.

It’s a terrible shame that they are having to raffle off some of the very exhibits on display, (and when you visit the website you’ll see there’s also an opportunity to win a Norton Commando), but needs must in these weird times. We don’t usually condone gambling but this is a flutter we can support and hope you will too.
